Upload Creative image by id

/ad-ops/v2/creatives/{creative_id}/upload

Unlike the standard upload flow, this endpoint uploads the image and assigns it to the creative
in a single call. No temporary key is returned: the response holds the creative with its
permanent image_key (<tenant_id>/external/<uuid>.<ext>). The previous image, if any, is deleted.

Accepted image file formats: "jpg", "jpeg", "gif", "png", "webp"
Max supported file size: 15 MB
